CP's Pequannock

I tied this pattern to incorporate the look & coloration of the spinners used with great success on the Pequannock River in New Jersey (Black Rooster Tails with Gold Blades). Hopefully my brother will "Kill" with this pattern (he is for the most part a C&R angler however)!

Hook - Daiichi 2161 Size 1 (tied for the Pequannock on a size 4).
Body - Flat Gold Tinsel
Spey Hackling - Black Schlappen
Counter Ribbing - Fine Gold Oval Tinsel
Wing - 2-4 Gold Pheasant Crests
Cheek - Ringneck Pheasant Head Feathers (tied slightly drooping).
Thread - Black
