For your own benefit, please contact me at least 7 days prior to the date you're looking to fish - it's really tough to work with less notice. Here's what I'll need to know.

• Your Name (and the names of anyone else in your party)
  
  
• How Many Individual Clients (more than 2 clients usually require additional guides)
  
  
• Your Home Phone Number, Cell Phone Number, and Address
  
  
• Trip Date or Dates (check my Guide Calendar for current availability)
  
  
• Time (when do you want to start)
  
  
• Location & Species (i.e. Iowa, SE WI, Salmon, Steelhead, Inland Trout etc..)
  
  
• Service Level (Pro-Guide or Team Fish Trip?)
  
  
• Length of Guide (WI Trips are 4 or 8 hours, IA trips are 1 or more day trips)
  
  
• Equipment Level (will you be going with standard, included gear, or renting Bamboo/Centerpin?)
  
  
• Your Experience Level (an honest assessment of your skills is helpful)
  
  
• Any special equipment needs
