Let's see how short a Rambling Report I can write...got
there late, around 7:00 PM, and fished with FAT & Chief until
the end of legal fishing time, just at 8:00. About 7:50 pm I had
my one and only hookup drifting a small peach yarn fly...as soon
as I hooked up the buck went airborn, showed me his bright pink
sides (almost looked more like a COHO) and shook the hook. Oh, but
we did SLAM the brown smolts, just under 10" in length...HUGE
brown stockers.
